Representatives from the Ministry of Finance, Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN) and the Nigerian Export Promotion Council (NEPC) visited the administrative headquarters of Sunbeth Global Concepts in Akure on Monday, 10 July 2023.
The visiting team included Muhammad Abdulahi from the Federal Ministry of Finance, Saidu Zaidrissa from the Central Bank of Nigeria and Opeyemi Ogunleye from the NEPC.

The visit is part of a verification exercise to ensure Sunbeth’s facilities meet operational standards and its operations are conducted in accordance with industry best practices. That includes ensuring the facilities are professionally managed to guarantee excellent storage and transfer of products that are up to international requirements.
While at the headquarter, the team inspected the warehouses, trucks and other logistics equipment at the facility to confirm that they are appropriate and conducive for Sunbeth’s operations as a major exporter of cocoa beans, cashew nuts and other similar agricultural commodities.

The team also discussed with the head of finance for Sunbeth, Ibraheem Ganiyu, about the company’s finances, regulatory compliance and export expansion plans, among other things.
While the visit was primarily intended for facility inspection, it is also a recognition of Sunbeth Global Concepts’ efforts and contributions to the Nigerian non-oil export industry.
